What the CBSE did today is not a solution for 5 reasons. 1. It makes no sense to assume that a leak can be geographically restricted in the age of digital media. 2. The leak was reported more than eight hours before the exam and we are told the email reporting the leak was opened 65 minutes before the exam. That's the most ridiculous thing I've heard. 3. Not a single head has rolled and the CBSE chief has been protected. So there is no accountability. 4. Over a million students will suffer to take an exam again in a month. That's agonising. and 5. If 20 students cheated. That's .0016 percent of the students who took the test. Why punish 100 percent then?
