While just about everyone is attempting Minister of State Colonel Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore's viral fitness challenge, including members of the Bollywood, Sports and Political fraternities, some people have done a better job of it than anyone could have imagined.

Leading the way for the politicians is MoS Home Kiren Rijiju who, not content with taking up the challenge from his office, attempted it again from a gym.

From Bollywood, Anushka Sharma demonstrated great form in lifting dead weights while accepting the challenge from her husband and Team India captain Virat Kohli.

And now, from the sporting world, a champion has emerged who has taken the challenge to a higher level -- literally!

Olympian boxer Manoj Kumar, who has won laurels for India at two Commonwealth Games and two Asian Championships, has posted a video where he is taking on the challenge using the traditional Indian sporting activity of Rope Mallakhamb! And boy, does he put on a great show.

Starting from ground-level, Manoj Kumar, using quick and powerful movements, quickly rises to a dizzying height eventually going out of the screen! He then comes back down the same way, arguably taking the same amount of time coming down as he did going up!

So the bar has definitely been raised! It's time for the politicians and B-town stars to name their champions.

The #FitnessChallenge, which has gone viral on social media after Col Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore, the Minister of State with Independent Charge of the Information and Broadcasting, and Youth Affairs and Sports ministries, published his own video where he demonstrates how he has added a fitness regimen to his daily work-day. As he put his challenge forth to others, people from a number different walks of life, including politicians, members of the Bollywood and film and entertainment industry, members of the sporting fraternity, government employees and other people have taken up the challenge under the slogan 'hum fit toh India fit'.
