To say Kidambi Srikanth has had a great year would be an understatement. Between April, when he lost to compatriot B Sai Praneeth in the final of the Singapore Super Series, and October, the 24-year-old claimed a sensational four titles.

With this feat, Srikanth inducted himself into one of the sport's most exclusive clubs, containing Lin Dan, Lee Chong Wei and Chen Long -- some of Badminton's most iconic names and the only others to have won four titles in a single season! It also catapulted him to a career-high World No. 2 ranking.

With such an extraordinary year behind him, it's probably fair to say that expectations are sky high for 2018.

What does Srikanth have to say though? What are his targets? Is there anything, in particular, that he wants to achieve? Does he even want 2017 to end?
