Lemon and Honey Pack

Mix 1 tbsp lemon juice with 1 tbsp honey and apply to tanned skin for 15–20 minutes, then rinse with lukewarm water. Lemon’s vitamin C helps lighten pigmentation, while honey moisturises.

Aloe Vera Gel

Apply a thin layer of fresh aloe vera gel to sun-damaged skin before bedtime and wash it off in the morning. Aloe vera hydrates and soothes irritation.

Yogurt and Turmeric Mask

Mix 2 tbsp yoghurt with a pinch of turmeric, apply evenly to the face and neck, and leave for 20 minutes before rinsing. Yoghurt gently exfoliates dead skin cells, while turmeric helps brighten skin

Cucumber Juice

Extract cucumber juice by blending or grating a cucumber, apply with a cotton pad, leave for 15 minutes, then rinse. Cucumber cools sun-exposed skin, reduces redness, and refreshes tired skin.

Gram Flour (Besan) Scrub

Mix 2 tbsp of gram flour with rose water or milk to form a thick paste. Apply it, then gently scrub while rinsing off. This natural exfoliating remedy helps remove dead skin buildup.

Tomato Pulp

Mash a ripe tomato into a pulp, apply to tanned skin, leave for 15 minutes, then wash off. Tomatoes are rich in antioxidants like lycopene, which may help soothe sun-exposed skin.
