'KGF' made full use of the holiday on December 25 and thanks to increased viewership, the film has cross Rs 100 crore in terms of worldwide collections and also becoming the highest grossing Kannada film in the process. In Hindi itself, the collections saw a massive jump as it minted Rs 4.35 crore, making it the best day of the five taking the total of the Hindi version to Rs 16.45 crore. 

Meanwhile, the film's Kannada version itself has single-handedly crossed Rs 60 crore and stands at an almighty Rs 62 crore. In terms of US box office, the Yash starrer is jumping from strength to strength and has amassed more than USD 4,00,000, which is a record for any Kannada film overseas. Now, that the Prashant Neel directorial did stunning business in rest of the country as well, its total collections now stand at Rs 101.9 crore.

Needless to say that the film is truly unstoppable and has turned out to be a monster hit. With the success of 'KGF', the trend of South Indian films dominating the national market is on the rise. Recently, actor Yash had also spoken at length about the film's success and had revealed that he was surprised at the wonderful reception all across the country.
