New Delhi: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) 2024 answer key for the July session exam today, July 24. Moreover, the scanned copies of OMR sheet of candidates have also been uploaded. The candidates who took the exam can download the CTET answer key 2024 through the official website, ctet.nic.in. The exam was conducted on July 7 in two shifts.

Candidates are invited to raise objections against CTET July 2024 answer key on or before July 26 (11.59 pm). A fee of Rs 1000 per challenge will be charged. However, if the objections are found valid, the fee shall be refunded. 

“If the challenge is accepted by the Board i.e. if any mistake is noticed by the subject experts in the answer key, a policy decision will be notified and the fee shall be refunded. The refund (if any) will be transferred online to the concerned credit/debit card account, so the candidates are advised to pay from their own credit/debit card. The decision of Board on the challenges shall be final and no further communication will be entertained,” the official notice reads. 

How to Challenge CTET Answer Key

  • 1. Log in to your account on ctet.nic.in with your roll number and date of birth.
  • 2. On the dashboard, review recorded responses and the CTET answer key.
  • 3. If dissatisfied with an answer, select the correct option.
  • 4. Upload relevant documents supporting the objection and pay the fee.

CTET 2024 Answer Key: Qualifying marks

The general category candidates must score a minimum of 60% aggregate, which equates to 90 out of 150 marks to pass CTET. For candidates from reserved categories, including Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Other Backward Classes (OBC), and Persons with Disabilities (PwD), need to score at least 55% aggregate, which equates to a minimum of 82 out of 150 marks.
