Finance Minister proposes to remove Tax Collected at Source ( TCS ) on payments for education funded by loans from specific financial institutions.

Establishment of a National Institute of Food Technology, Entrepreneurship, and Management in Bihar aimed at increasing farmers' income and providing skill development, entrepreneurship, and employment opportunities for youth.
