Prime Minister Narendra Modi will launch his Lok Sabha election campaign for the state of Bihar on Tuesday in a mega-rally for Jamui and Gaya seats. Both the seats will go to polls in the first phase on April 11. These rallies would be a finale of the Prime Ministers' whooping 'six day-15 rallies' blitzkrieg campaigning for the polls.

The Maoists have called for a bandh on the occasion of the campaign, but the SSP of the region has ensured that the area will be sanitised and that adequate security will be provided for the event.

According to a release issued by the BJP state headquarters, the Prime Minister will be addressing a rally in the afternoon at Jamui where he will be joined by the party's national general secretary in-charge for the state Bhupendra Yadav and state president Nityanand Rai.

This would be followed by another rally at Gaya in the evening where the Prime Minister will share the stage with Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, Union minister Ram Vilas Paswan and Deputy CM Sushil Kumar Modi among others.

Incidentally, neither of the two Lok Sabha segments is being contested by the BJP. PM Modi will be campaigning for LJP's Chirag Paswan and JD(U) candidate Vijay Kumar Manjhi for Jamui and Gaya respectively.
