COMPARISION TO PREVIOUS NATIONAL APPROVAL RATINGS:

March: The projections for Haryana had been almost stagnant ever since the last National Approval Rating projections with NDA still leading with 7 seats out of 10, leaving only 3 for Congress-led UPA and none for INLD. As far as vote-share is concerned NDA was leaping far ahead with 47.4%, followed by UPA at 33%, INLA at 1.7% and Others at 4.9%.

January: NDA was predicted to hold its ground with a majority of 7 seats, followed by UPA with 3 seats and none for Others. While the BJP had maintained its hold from 2014 to 2018 projections, Congress’ gain of 2 seats had not come at the behest of the BJP's seat tally but instead has come from the INLD.NDA was projected to take its vote share from of 40.9% from 2014 to 44.7% in 2019, resulting in a growth 3.8%.

December: While the BJP maintained its hold from 2014 to 2018 projections, Congress’ gain of 2 seats has not come at the behest of the BJP's seat tally but instead has come from the INLD. What was most impressive for the BJP in Haryana was the fact that it was projected to take its vote share of 40.9% from 2014 to a 43.7% thereby resulting in a 2.8% increase despite battling incumbency in both state and centre

November: 6 seats to the BJP, 3 seats to the Congress party and the INLD holds 1 seat. This effectively meant that the BJP has seen a fall by one seat from 2014 while the Congress had gained two seats.

(The results of the 2019 Lok Sabha elections may or may not reflect the results or scenarios of the elections, nevertheless, to establish where we stand at present, Republic TV and CVoter has presented the National Approval Ratings.)
