The counting for the Lok Sabha elections kicked at 8 am on Thursday and within the first few minutes itself, it was also clear which party is likely to form the next Indian government.

As BJP inches towards a stunning victory in 2019 Lok Sabha Elections, TV Czarina Ekta Kapoor took to Twitter and congratulated Prime Minister Narendra Modi. She wrote, "INDIA has given its verdict! Congrats to INDIA’s BIGGEST UNITER ( in votes n in belief)and LEADER @narendramodi ! Ppl love you !! Wat a win! Welcome back"

Kapoor, who is quite active on social media seemed to be bubbling with enthusiasm on election result day. Prior to this, she had also tweeted about how she is looking forward to Amethi results, where Union Cabinet Minister of Textiles, Smriti Irani and Congress Chief Rahul Gandhi were competing neck to neck. 

At the time of publishing (2:48 PM), Union Minister Smriti Irani is leading by 11200 votes in Amethi against Congress chief Rahul Gandhi.

When counting was in all constituencies was underway, the TV Czarina had tweeted, "The poll results here ..... india has decided its leaders for the next five years ....n most Indians r on diff platforms seeing them emerge ! JAI HIND!"
