There was a celebratory mood across the country on Thursday as the initial phase of counting for the Lok Sabha Elections suggested that the ruling National Democratic Alliance (NDA) is set to return to power. The actor-politician also reacted to Jammu and Kashmir leader Omar Abdullah congratulating NDA. The latter had tweeted, “So the exit polls were correct. All that’s left is to congratulate the BJP & NDA for a stellar performance. Credit where credit is due PM Modi Sahib & Mr Amit Shah put together a winning alliance & a very professional campaign. Bring on the next five years.”

We have to do a complete review and then we will share our views with you all. Let the counting process be completed fully and the VVPATs matched.”

The ‘Oh My God!’ star even compared PM Modi with Sardar Patel and wrote, “Had said earlier and will repeat again - Sardar Patel had Unified India and @narendramodi will not let it disintegrate . Relax India we are truly in Safe hands . Jai Ho . Vande Matram .”
