Union Minister Smriti Irani tore into the Congress party on Friday after Rahul Gandhi's loyalist Sam Pitroda made a series of questionable statement against the Indian Armed Forces, as he said that it is 'naive to assume that just because some people came here (India) and attacked, the entire nation cannot be blamed.

Responding to Sam Pitroda's remarks on ANI's tweet, Smriti Irani took to Twitter and showed the mirror to Rahul Gandhi, asserting on the way it has come out in open as to why the UPA chose not to respond with full might against the 26/11 terrorists. Later adding that Congress' sympathies with Pakistan now stands exposed, she said, "No wonder you supported the ‘Bharat tere tukde honge’ gang. #JantaMaafNahiKaregi"

Here's what Sam Pitroda said in support of the neighbouring country Pakistan which till date refuses to counter the terrorists perpetrating in their country.

Earlier, PM Modi launched a full frontal attack on Congress chief Rahul Gandhi's close aide and the Opposition leaders who have constantly questioned the IAF's airstrike that struck down the JeM terror camps in Pakistan's Balakot.

Taking to Twitter, the Prime Minister has replied to news agency ANI's tweet of Rahul Gandhi's close aide's remarks:

Close confidant of Rahul Gandhi and Chairman of the Overseas Indian National Congress questioned the death toll in the Balakot airstrike conducted by the Indian Air Force in Pakistan in retaliation to the Pulwama terror attack.

“If they (IAF) killed 300, its ok. All I am saying is can you give me more facts and prove it,” said Pitroda in a wide-ranging interview to ANI.

Sam Pitroda, who is part of the Congress’ manifesto committee for the 2019 Lok Sabha elections and is considered a senior ideologue of the party, sought a dialogue with Pakistan.
