NC leader Omar Abdullah called out BJP spokesperson Nupur Sharma over her recent comments made against his origin

NC leader Omar Abdullah and newly-joined BJP leader and former cricketer Guatam Gambhir engaged in a heated discussion on Twitter on Tuesday over the former J&K CM's call for a 'separate Prime Minister' for the state of Jammu and Kashmir.

However, their social media verbal spat caught the attention of BJP spokesperson Nupur Sharma who jumped to defend her party colleague Gautam Gambhir and tweeted to ask the NC leader to stick to the stuff he knows - 'being a hotel receptionist'.

"Spare Kashmir the agony. Stick to the stuff you know about - being a hotel receptionist", BJP's Nupur Sharma tweeted on Wednesday.

Posting a screengrab of her tweet on Wedneday, Omar Abdullah called out the hypocrisy of the BJP spokesperson, saying that he's 'proud of how he started'. Slamming BJP's Nupur Sharma over her arrogance, Omar Abdullah also reminded of her of their leader's humble origins that they brag about.

On Tuesday, Omar Abdullah and Gautam Gambhir enagaged into an spat over the former's promise to work for restoring the posts of "president" and "prime minister" in state of Jammu and Kashmir.

The BJP leader mocking the former chief minister of Jammu and Kashmir said that if Omar Abdullah wants a 'separate PM for Jammu and Kashmir' then 'I want to walk on oceans and pigs to fly' 

The Abdullah scion further called out, the former cricketer for 'displaying ignorance' and asked him to 'stick to the things he knows about', citing IPL
