Veteran Bollywood actor Anupam Kher urged fans to come out and vote as India goes to polls for Phase 7 of General elections. The actor, who was seen campaigning for wife and Bharatiya Janata Party candidate Kirron Kher in Chandigarh ahead of the Lok Sabha 2019 elections, posted an interesting GIF of himself on Twitter asking his fans and followers to exercise their rights.

Voting begins for the final phase of 2019 Lok Sabha Elections on Sunday, May 19. 59 constituencies across 7 states and one Union territory will seal the fate of 918 candidates. Polling will take place in parts of Bihar, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, and West Bengal, along with that Himachal Pradesh, Punjab and the union territory Chandigarh will go to polls. 

Anupam Kher's wife former actress Kirron Kher is also contesting elections this year. She is one of the key Bharatiya Janata Party candidate Chandigarh whose constituency goes to polls today. In the past few weeks, Kher was seen actively campaigning for his wife in Chandigarh ahead of the Lok Sabha 2019 elections.

13 Lok Sabha constituencies in Uttar Pradesh will undergo polling, which will see Prime Minister Narendra Modi seeking re-election from Varanasi. Beside him, the key candidates that will go to polls include, Union Law Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad, Shatrughan Sinha, Ram Kripal Yadav, Meira Kumar, Misa Bharti, Ravi Kishan, Anurag Singh Thakur, Sunny Deol, Harsimrat Kaur Badal, Sukhbir Singh Badal, Chandra Kumar Bose, Abhishek Banerjee, Kirron Kher, and Pawan Kumar Bansal.
