Despite the legal action over the slanderous remark 'murder accused' at Amit Shah which is being perpetuated by Congress, with party president Rahul Gandhi repeating the remark on Tuesday at a rally in Madhya Pradesh, the party members continue to make the comment without any feeling of repentance.

A day after the BJP said it would consider action against Gandhi for calling Amit Shah murder-accused, Congress leader Pramod Tiwari on Wednesday repeated the remark.

Continuing the slander against the BJP president the said the Congress leader said,

"He has the experience of jail, the experience of being accused of committing a murder. He knows the mentality of criminals as he has lived with them."

A complaint was lodged against Gandhi by the BJP over his earlier 'murder accused' remark at the BJP president in his rally in Tripura.

On Tuesday, he repeated the phrase against Shah in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh and said, "Murder accused BJP President Amit Shah....waah! kya shaan hai....Have you heard Jay Shah's name? He is a magician, he made Rs 50,000 into Rs 80 crore in 3 months."

BJP president Amit Shah said that the Congress "needs to understand the legality and if not, people will decide about it."

"I don't have any response, they have limited knowledge of law, a fake case was filed against me, their government filed it, during their government only the case was proceeding and now even a judgement has come in the case, that the case was fake and was filed due to a political vendetta and there is no evidence in it. That is why, I wasn't even prosecuted further, I was acquitted, there was even no trial for me, the Opposition couldn't even give enough evidence for a trial against me. Despite that, they keep saying, I think advocates like Kapil Sibal, they should make them understand the legal position and even if then they could not understand then let the public decide," he said.
