"NIA has given me a cleanchit. They called me a terrorist, but somewhere I've got the justice and I'm out on bail now. I'm not out on bail by gaining sympathy, nor have I asked for anyone's sympathy. I am a nationalist. These anti-nationals can do whatever they want, but I won't deter, I can die for the nation but won't let it stain," she added.

Sadhvi Pragya, who is facing trial in the 2008 Malegaon bomb blast case under UAPA and is currently out on bail, found herself amid deploration by political opponents upon her induction into the party.

The Congress party over Pragya's case had infamously coined the 'Hindu terror' bogey and further blamed the BJP of pushing their 'Hindutva agenda'
