An early voter, Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Yogi Adityanath came out to vote at around 7 AM at the Gorakhpur constituency of Uttar Pradesh.

Speaking to the media, he said that this is the first time since independence that the walls of casteism, language-ism, and the dynasty would be seen falling apart. Furthermore, the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh predicted BJP and NDA's seats.

He said, "In the biggest democracy, the voting for the last and final phase has begun. I got an opportunity to vote in my constituency. The enthusiasm that could be witnessed across the country is an example of a mature democracy. I have witnessed the seven phases, seen it in the entire country that the entire election has been around PM Modi. Post-independence for the first time the walls of casteism, regionalism, languageism, and dynasty could be seen falling apart, these are good symptoms of a democracy."
