Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath launched a scathing attack Congress president Rahul Gandhi and General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, stating that they have insulted Lord Ram. Addressing a rally in Madhya Pradesh's Morena, Yogi Adityanath said that the Congress has insulted Lord Ram and Krishna by rejecting their identities.
He further hit out at Priyanka Gandhi for refusing to visit Ram Temple by terming it a "disputed site". Lashing out at Rahul Gandhi, the Uttar Pradesh CM attributed alleged remarks made by former Prime Minister Pt Jawaharlal Nehru that he is a Hindu by accident.
"Pandit Nehru kehte the ki main accidentally Hindu hu. Aur aaj unki chauthi pidhi main Rahul Gandhi kehte hai ki main janeudhari hu. Aur unki Shehzaadi kehti hai, Congress ki ke main Ram Lalla ka darshan isliye nhi karna chahti hu kyunki wo vevadit sthal hai. Kya Ram Vevadit they kya? Kya bhagwan Ram ko aap Vevadit mante hai? Congress kab tak apman karegi is desh ki? Hinduo ki atankwad keh karke aur kabhi Ram aur Krishna ke astitva ko nakar karke," Yogi Adityanath said during the rally.
(Pt Nehru used to say that he is accidentally a Hindu and today, in his fourth generation, Rahul Gandhi says that he is janeudhari. And Congress' princess (Priyanka Gandhi) says that she will no visit Ram Temple because it is a disputed place. Was Ram disputed? Do you think Lord Ram is disputed? For how long Congress will insult this country? One one side they call Hindu terror on another side they reject the identities of Ram and Krishna)
He further called out the Congress party over their 2015 order in the Supreme Court in which they had alleged that Ram and Krishna do not exist.
"Supreme Court main 2015 main Congress ki sarkar ne kya kaha? Kaha ki Ram aur krishna to hai hi nhi. Unsa pucha jana chahiye tha ki jab Ram hi nhi to Hanuman kaha se aaye? " he added.
(What did the Congress say in Supreme Court in 2015. They said that there is no Ram and Krishna. One must ask them, if there was no Ram, then where did Hanuman come from?)
