Brimming with controversies of communal calls to coalition tears, cash for votes, and even ushering terror accused into politics, the Lok Sabha elections on Thursday walked into its second phase of voting for the Lok Sabha elections 2019. 

As 95 seats, 1619 candidates go to polls on April 18, actor Richa Chadha adding on to the topical mood of the Parliamentary elections, spoke against 'fielding terror suspect, garlanding a lyncher and draping the Indian flag on murderers' 

In a tweet, the politically vocal actress further gave a new slogan to Madhya Pradesh's capital city saying, 'Ab ki baar, pyaar hi pyaar', asking people to 'vote wisely'  

Her tweet comes a day after the BJP fielded Sadhvi Pragya Thakur, an accused in the Malegaon blast case on their ticket against Congress veteran Digvijay Singh from the Bhopal Lok Sabha seat.

Furthermore, her tweet referred to Union Minister Jayant Sinha's controversy wherein he found himself at the recieving end of massive outrage after he garlanded men convicted in a lynching case, back in July 2018. 

Although, Bhopal will not be going to polls on Thursday, here are the states to watch out for-

Assam (5 seats), Bihar (5 seats), Chhattisgarh (3 seats), Jammu and Kashmir (2 seats), Karnataka (14 seats), Maharashtra (10 seats), Manipur (1 seat), Odisha (5 seats), Tamil Nadu (38 seats), Uttar Pradesh (8 seats), West Bengal(3 seats) and Puducherry (1 seat).

The polls will see seats from where high profile candidates are contending: 

Deve Gowda (JD), BK Hariprasad (Congress), PC Mohan (BJP), Yashwant Singh (BJP), Raj Babbar (Congress), Hema Malini (BJP), SP Singh Baghel (BJP), Maharaj Kumari Pragya Debburman (Congress), Farooq Abdullah (NC), Syed Mohsin (PDP), Mohammad Salim (CPM), Ashok Chavan (Congress)

The turnout for the first phase of elections as announced by the Election Commission was: 

• Andaman and Nicobar: 70.67%
• Chhattisgarh: 56%
• Andhra Pradesh: 56% 
• Telangana: 60%
• Maharashtra: 55.78%
• Sikkim: 69%
• Mizoram: 60%
• Nagaland: 78%
• Manipur: 78.2%
• Tripura: 81.8%
• West Bengal: 81%
