The political conscious and vociferous Bollywood actress Swara Bhasker has yet again tweeted in support of a Lok Sabha candidate, this time its the Congress leader Digvijay Singh.

After having clarified on her political inclination, that her "ideology was the ideology of the Constitution", after CPI(M)'s Kanhaiya Kumar and AAP's Atishi Marlena now Bhasker has extended her support to Congress' Digvijaya Singh, calling him a "suitable Parlimentarian."
Digvijaya Singh is contending on the Bhopal seat in Madhya Pradesh.
She added how the Congress leader is righteous, has good intentions and is sympathetic towards the needs of the citizens.
Her tweet read: Bhopal, Digvijaya Singh ji is the suitable Parliamentarian for you. He is righteous, has good intentions and is sympathetic towards the needs of the people. Remember, this time vote for Bhopal, for you. Good luck Digvijaya sir.
The support comes for Singh at the time when the actress has explicitly vocalised her reservations on the candidature of BJP's Sadhvi Pragya Thakur on the Bhopal seat, considering the terror charges against her.
Swara Bhasker's support to has panned across the political spectrum to independent candidate and not a particular party, for the Lok Sabha 2019 elections. Earlier, the Bollywood diva campaigned for CPI(M) candidate from Rajasthan's Sikar Amra Ram along with Gujarat MLA Jignesh Mewani and others.
She had then taken to Twitter and stated that Amra Ram is one of the most inspiring grassroots leaders who fought for farmers issues and rights, adding that he need to be in the Parliament.
Earlier in April, Swara celebrated her birthday by giving her first political speech supporting CPI leader Kanhaiya Kumar who is contesting elections from Begusarai.
