The paparazzi didn’t have to do too much research on Monday to spot the stars unlike the usual days. Camera persons positioned themselves at the voting booths to snap a flurry of stars as they cast their votes in phase 4 of the Lok Sabha elections. While Rekha and Priyanka Chopra were among the first to vote, as the day progressed more stars came out to vote. Ranbir Kapoor and Karan Johar exercised their franchise in the afternoon and proudly showcased their inked index fingers.

Karan and Ranbir kept it casual with the sunglasses on. Check out the pictures here: 

KJo also posted a selfie informing his followers that he voted and asked if they had done so too. 

Undoubtedly, the city with the most celebrities, courtesy the presence of Bollywood stars, Mumbai went to polls on Monday. There was a constant flurry of stars right through the day.

The three Khans, Aamir, Salman, Shah Rukh Khan, Bachchan family, Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh, Anushka Sharma, Hrithik Roshan, Anupam Kher, Paresh Rawal., Ajay Devgn-Kajol, Vidya Balan, Farhan Akhtar, Javed Akhtar, Shabana Azmi, Ajay Devgn, and many others exercised their franchise for the democracy. 

Mukesh Ambani and his family, Anil Ambani, Anand Mahindra, Sachin Tendulkar were among the other celebrities that were snapped.

With 9 states, 72 seats and 961 candidates in the fray, the states that go to polls on Monday are-  

17 seats in Maharashtra, 13 each in Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh, eight in West Bengal, six each in Madhya Pradesh and Odisha, five in Bihar, three in Jharkhand and a part of the Anantnag constituency in Jammu and Kashmir. 

The remaining three phases are spread till May 19, before the results are announced on May 23.
