Addressing the gathered audience, the PM said:

“People from other countries are called for election campaigns. Has this ever happened in the history of India that outsiders are called to campaign here?"

The Prime Minister further spoke about how Mamata Banerjee has taken the route of appeasement politics without considering India’s national security.

"To fill her coiffers, for her vote-bank, for appeasement, Didi is prepared to go to any lengths".

He said that such an act is unacceptable not just for the welfare of the country but also for the state of West Bengal.

'Friends, this is not just unacceptable for the country but also for West Bengal.'

Furthermore, he said that the country needs someone who creates a safe and secure environment for the people of the country, making it known globally for its peace and national security.

'India needs leaders that respect the citizens and provide them security, ones that make India known globally'.

Speaking to the mob he declared that the country requires tranquility and a terrorism-free atmosphere.

'Today India is praised globally. We need such a model of development that imbibes a sense of fear among the terrorists.'

Reminding the audience about the 2014 Khagragarh blast, he questioned:

'I hope you all remember the Khagragarh attack that took place on Durga Ashtami and how the inquiry about it was put on hold. Are such people eligible to fight back and protect our country?'

Modi added that people like Banerjee decide the country's security on the basis of filling their vote banks whereas he replied to the terrorists in the language of their understanding.

'People like Didi decide to fight terrorism on the basis of the number of votes they fill in their vote bank whereas I reply to the terrorists in a language they understand.'
