Shahid Kapoor and Kiara Advani starrer 'Kabir Singh' has finally hit the theatres and social media has been abuzz with good reviews. Netizens and critics can't stop raving about the film! 'Kabir Singh' is an original remake of Telugu blockbuster 'Arjun Reddy' that starred Vijay Deverakonda in the lead roles. The actor recently reviewed the film on his social media handle and wrote, "#KabirSingh - for me @imvangasandeep and his ability, vision & passion for storytelling is greater than any box-office success he can see. And in him, I've found a fireplace for my energy and vision. I wish massive blockbuster success to @shahidkapoor and @Advani_Kiara. ".

The film which is a Hindi remake of Tamil film 'Arjun Reddy' is helmed by the same director Sandeep Reddy Vanga. It narrates the story of an alcoholic surgeon named Kabir Singh, who has anger management issues. He goes on a self-destructive path after his ex-lover gets married to someone else. The film is written and directed by Sandeep Vanga and is jointly produced by Bhushan Kumar, Murad Khetani, Krishan Kumar and Ashwin Varde.
