The news of the remake of Raveena Tandon's 1994 hit number, 'Tip Tip Barsa Pani' for 'Sooryavanshi' has been making the headlines lately. Now recent media reports state yet another song of the Bollywood diva will be recreated for Sonakshi Sinha's upcoming venture 'Khandaani Shafakhana'.
As per media reports, Raveena's 1999 film 'Rakshak's song 'Sheher Ki Ladki' will be recreated featuring Diana Penty alongside Badshah. The re-created version will reportedly be composed by Tanishk Bagchi and voiced by Badshah and Tulsi Kumar. It will be directed by Arvinder Khera and is choreographed by Adil Shaikh. Talking about the same, he reportedly said that it will be a super fun experience recreating the magic with Diana on screen and he hopes that fans will love his tribute to the track.
The quirky film 'Khandaani Shafakhana' is aimed at breaking the social taboo around sexual disorders. As per media reports, makers recently announced a new release date for the upcoming venture. The film which was initially slated to hit the theatres on July 26, will now be releasing on August 2.
Directed by Shilpi Dasgupta, the film stars Sonakshi, Badshah and Varun Sharma in the lead. Based in Punjab, the film shows the journey of Sonakshi's character as she inherits her dead uncle's sex clinic. The film is jointly produced by Bhushan Kumar, Mahaveer Jain, Mrighdeep Singh Lamba, and Divya Khosla Kumar.
