Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's answer that won her the title of Miss World

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is an Indian film actor who is popular for winning the Miss World contest in 1994. Our Indian girls like Sushmita Sen, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Manushi Chhillar are some classic examples of this. Aishwarya participated in the Miss World competition in the year, 1994. That year, the contest saw participants from 87 countries and Aishwarya won over the judges with this beautiful answer. At that point, Aishwarya was just 21 and was pursuing architecture. "The Miss Worlds that we have had up to date, have been proof enough that they have had compassion. Compassion for the underprivileged and not only for the people who have status and stature. We have had people, who can look beyond the barriers that man has set up - of nationalities and colour. We have to look beyond those and that would make a true Miss World. A true person, a real person."

She then went on to be a huge acting sensation who not only made it to Bollywood but also Hollywood. The star is now famous for her movies in Bollywood but also for her Hollywood movies, like Bride and Prejudice. She has also appeared in the famous film, The Pink Panther 2. Aishwarya Rai made her acting debut in 1997 with a dual role in Mani Ratnam's political drama film Iruvar, and her Bollywood debut that same year in the romantic comedy Aur Pyaar Ho Gaya with Bobby Deol. Aishwarya has also done some films with her husband, Abhishek Bachchan like Guru and Raavan.
