Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has been loved by fans but also has had to face a lot of criticisms. But the actor has never seemed to back down because of this. She reportedly keeps a positive outlook on life. Read on to know about her inspirational quotes:

1. “I've always said that haters are a drop in the ocean. There's that much more love. Any kind of negativity in any case just doesn't stick, it drops off and it doesn't matter. People have given me so much love throughout my career, my life in the public eye, at every phase.”

In Cannes 2012 Aishwarya Rai Bachchan astonished everyone with her above comment. The actor reportedly said that she does not mind haters. She feels that people have showered her with enough love and support to wipe away the negativity by her haters. This was just after the birth of her daughter Aaradhya.

2. “This is who I am. I am a mother. This can happen and it has happened with me and it’s fine (weight gain). I’ve never been the one who endorses size zero anyway. You guys speculated I was pregnant way before I actually was. It goes to show that I have lived in real life in the public eye. That continues.”

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan had been on the trolls’ target for her post-pregnancy weight. The actor had gained a lot of weight after the birth of daughter Aaradhya. When she walked the red carpet in Cannes 2012 the actor had to face a lot of body shaming. But this quote seems to be a fitting reply to the insults.

3. "Any director who’s passionate about his work will be perceived as a tyrant. Whatever the decibel at which a committed director instructs his actors, he wants his point made across. It’s the teacher-pupil relationship. There’re different kinds of teachers in school.” (on working with JP Dutta, the taskmaster)

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan had worked with the director, producer and writer JP Dutta in Umrao Jaan along with Abhishek Bachchan. While the director is infamous for his strict work ethics, Aishwarya finds it to be justified. Going by her comment the actor believes that different people have people working techniques. But the main thing is to get the director’s point across to the actor.

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s upcoming movies

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s last release was Fanney Khan alongside Rajkumar Rao. The 2018 release had, however, tanked miserably at the box office.
