Akshay Kumar to collaborate with filmmaker Nikkhil Advani for a film?

Akshay Kumar is one of the few actors to deliver back to back entertainers at the box office. The actor was recently seen in the comedy film Housefull 4 with a huge star cast. The film was made under the banner of Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment and has collected good numbers at the box office. Akshay has delivered some huge hits this year including Jagan Shakti’s Mission Mangal and Karan Johar’s Kesari. Both of the films were a major success and received critical acclaim. As per a leading entertainment portal, the actor will be seen collaborating with filmmaker Nikkhil Advani. The film will be directed by Ranjit Tiwari who has directed the Farhan Akhtar starrer Lucknow Central. Akshay has been reportedly roped in for the project by the filmmaker. The film will be a spy-thriller that will portray Khiladi Kumar as a special agent. The film is set in the era of 1980s. It will be titled Bell Bottoms as it is based in the 80s. Akshay Kumar and Nikkhil Advani have previously collaborated in the 2016 drama-thriller film Airlift. It was a huge success at the box office. The film was directed by Raja Krishna Menon and was produced under the banner of T-Series and Emmay entertainment. It also features Kumud Mishra, Nimrat Kaur, Avtar Gill, and Purab Kohli. The film is based on the 1990 airlift operation of Indians from Kuwait. The film won several awards for its great storyline and performances.

Akshay Kumar will be also seen making his debut in a music video opposite Nupur Sanon. The song is titled Filhall. The teaser of the song is released and Akshay is portraying a romantic character in the music video. It received a lot of appreciation and love from his fans as they are excited to see him in a romantic avatar after a very long time. The song is composed and sung by famous Punjabi music director B Praak and the lyrics are penned down by Jaani.
