1. Khaike Paan Banaras Wala- Don (1978)

Khaike Paan Banaras remains one of Amitabh Bachchan's most iconic songs. The song appeared in the 1978 film, Don. With music composed by legendary duo Kalyanji-Anandji and vocals provided by Kishore Kumar, Khaike Paan Banaras saw Amitabh's character, Vijay, talk about the joy of eating a paan. The song was recreated for the 2006 remake of the film, which had Shah Rukh Khan in the lead.

2. Jumma Chumma De De- Hum (1991)

The 1991 film, Hum, was a box-office success and earned Amitabh his third Filmfare Award for Best Actor. Besides his role, the film also earned pop-culture immortality because of the song, Jumma Chumma De De. Picturised on Amitabh and actor Kimi Katkar, the song was composed by Laxmikant-Pyarelal and vocals were provided by Sudesh Bhosle and Kavita Krishnamurthy.

3. Dilbar Mere Kab Tak Mujhe- Satte Pe Satta (1982)

The duo of Kishore Kumar and Amitabh Bachchan remains one of the best singer-actor combinations in Bollywood. Amongst the many gems from their collaboration, Dilbar Mere remains one of the all-time greatest hits. The song featured in the 1982 film,Satte Pe Satta and was picturised on Amitabh and Hema Malini. R.D. Burman composed the soulful melody. 

4. My Name is Anthony Gonsalves- Amar Akbar Anthony (1977)

Amitabh Bachchan won his first Filmfare Award for Best Actor for this film. The Manmohan Desai directorial is regarded as one of the greatest Bollywood entertainers of all-time. The song, My Name Is Anthony Gonsalves, was composed by Laxmikant-Pyarelal and was sung by Kishore Kumar. It is considered as one of the most iconic songs for its picturization and the opening, where Amitabh's character mumbles incoherent English words.
