Veteran Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan is known to be a loving father. The 'Baghban' star on Thursday, September 27, shared a throwback picture of the siblings on Instagram and lauded them for their recent achievements. 

The picture shared by Senior Bachchan shows Junior Bachchan and Shweta from their childhood days as the duo is seen enjoying eating ice-creams. The '102 Not Out' actor  captioned the picture saying, "When daughter Shweta places her first book in your hands ; when she inaugurates her own clothing design brand ; when son Abhishek moves you to tears by his brilliance in film ‘Manmarzian’, you wonder as you see them and their innocence in this snapshot, did we ever conceive that they would one day make us proud as they have today 🤗💖❤️💕"

Shweta Bachchan-Nanda recently launched her own clothing brand 'MXS' and is reportedly all set to make her debut as an author. As per media reports,  she is all set to launch her fiction novel 'Paradise Towers' which is scheduled to release a day ahead of her father's birthday on October 11.

On the other hand, Abhishek Bachchan recently made a stellar comeback on the silver screen in the Anurag Kashyap directorial titled,  'Manmarziyaan'. The 'Guru' star who is praised for his performance in the film by father Amitabh has also received huge acclamation from the audience and critics. The film is scripted by Kanika Dhillon and is jointly produced by Phantom Films and Aanand L. Rai's Colour Yellow Productions. Beside Abhishek Bachchan, the Punjab based love story also stars Taapsee Pannu and Vicky Kaushal in the lead. The movie was premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival 2018 and was released in India on September 14.
