At the trailer launch of the upcoming Bollywood movie 'Thugs Of Hindostan', actor Amitabh Bachchan avoided answering questions surrounding Tanushree Dutta's recent allegations against Nana Patekar. The actor, when quizzed about the matter, said that he is neither Tanushree Dutta nor Nana Patekar.
"Neither am I Tanushree, nor am I Nana Patekar, so how can I comment on this ?" said the 'Sholay' actor during the press conference at the trailer launch.
Meanwhile, his co-star Aamir Khan maintained that he does not know about the incident, but also made his stand clear "Without knowing anything, I cannot comment on this. But, if something has happened, it is always sad and it is for people to investigate."
The recent statement by actress Tanushree Dutta is sure to send shockwaves in the industry (or maybe not). On Thursday, the actress in an interview narrated an incident that happened in 2008 on the sets of 'Horn Ok Please'. She accused Nana Patekar of misbehaving with her on the sets of the film and demanded of doing intimate dance steps with him.
In a tweet shared by the news agency, ANI, from the interview reads: "He was very aggressive, and was pushing me around and misbehaving with me on the set. My complaint was not heard. He also demanded to do an intimate step with me even though it was my solo dance. It was total harassment: Actor Tanushree Dutta on Nana Patekar."
The 'Aashiq Banaya Aapne' actress further alleged that she and her family were attacked after she refused to perform the intimate step.
