After PM Modi, Virat Kohli, Anushka Sharma, now Amitabh Bachchan takes the baton forward. Yes, it's a relay, a relay of #FitnessChallenge that's spreading like wild fire. It was ignited on social media by Union Minister Col Rajyavardhan Rathore as he posted a video of him talking about inspiring India to become fit.

Now, comes Big B's tweet which reads, "We accept the challenge of  #HumFitTohIndiaFit  #FitnessChallenge .. the main mantra: BE CONTINUOUSLY MOBILE .. get up for every errand yourself, gym each day, push away that excess morsel of temptation, drive or cycle yourself, see the Sun more often!"

In Rathore's video, he was seen emphasizing on PM Modi's style of working and how he has a vision for a fit India, continuing to talk, the minister suddenly breaks into pushups. In his tweet, Rathore nominated Virat Kohli, Saina Nehwal, and Hrithik Roshan.

Kohli has already accepted and executed the challenge. He extended the chain by nominating his wife Anushka Sharma, PM Narendra Modi and MS Dhoni.

The #FitnessChallenge, which has gone viral on social media is an initiative propagated by Col Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore, the Minister of State with Independent Charge of the Information and Broadcasting, and Youth Affairs and Sports ministries. Following Col Rathore publishing his own video where he demonstrates how he has added a fitness regimen to his daily work-day, and putting the challenge forth to others, people from a number different walks of life, including politicians, members of the Bollywood and film and entertainment industry, members of the sporting fraternity, government employees and other people have taken up the challenge under the slogan 'hum fit toh India fit'.
