Anil Kapoor kicking off his 62nd Birthday with a pulsating garden workout is the most inspiring thing on the Internet right now

Bollywood actor Anil Kapoor is celebrating his 62nd birthday on Monday, December 24. As the actor turned a year older, he kick-started the celebration for the same with some major fitness initiatives. In a recent video shared by the actor, he can be seen undergoing some super-energetic workout sessions. He can be seen running across the lawn and performing push-ups outdoors.   

Sharing the early morning workout on Twitter, the actor captioned the post saying, "Jab saara jag sota hai, humari kahani raftaar leti hai... Could not think of a better way to kick off the birthday! Also, need to burn off all those cakes!"

However, this is not the first time, Anil Kapoor who is known to be a fitness enthusiast had previously also shared a number of workout videos on social media. Meanwhile, Anil Kapoor's daughter Sonam Kapoor also took to social media to extended heartwarming birthday greetings to her father. She shared a behind the scene picture with her father from their upcoming film 'Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga' and expressed her overwhelming happiness in sharing screen space with the 'Mr. India' actor. In the post, she wrote, "Happy happy birthday Dad... this has been a momentous year for both of us. For the first time in 10 years of being in this industry, I shared a frame with you and was your costar..
