Wishes have been pouring in for Madhuri since the clock ticked 12 o’clock. But Anil’s wish couldn’t have gone unnoticed considering their superhit on-screen pairing. Anil and Madhuri worked in some of the most popular and successful films in the ‘80s and ‘90s like 'Tezaab', 'Ram Lakhan', 'Parinda', 'Beta' and ‘Khel’. However, surprisingly, they didn’t collaborate on screen for 18 long years after ‘Pukar’ in 2000 and ‘Lajja’ in 2001. However, the pair made it up for their on-screen absence with ‘Total Dhamaal’, which was a success at the box office. Their characters poking fun at each other in an out-and-out comedy throughout is something fans had never seen before.
