Taimur Ali Khan’s popularity on social media has been climbing up like never seen before for a little child. Apart from the paparazzi being after him, tracking his residence and playschool for his pictures, recently toy manufacturers have created an interpretation of the star kid, which hit a store in Kerala.
The picture of the Taimur toy has gone viral since then, with mixed reactions, from netizens marvelling at the height of his popularity on one hand and some of them finding it ‘creepy’ how could a two-year-old child be given such hype. Taimur’s father Saif Ali Khan did get to know about the toy and had a light-hearted reaction to it, as per media reports.
The actor quipped that he probably should trademark his third child’s name and that sending him one of those toys would have been the least the manufacturers or store owners should do. On a serious note, the ‘Omkara’ star added that he was happy about Taimur benefiting people in any way and that he only wished for his son’s ‘safety and happiness’ in return.
Saif Ali Khan had earlier also joked that the producers of his movies also request him if they could use Taimur during the promotions. He had shared how his actor-wife Kareena Kapoor Khan felt they were 'selling' the little one with they accede to such requests. The 'Hum Tum' star was unapologetic about it and joked that he'd instead holiday with the money he earns from the deals.
