Now, as Ranveer Singh and Sara Ali Khan came to promote their upcoming movie 'Simmba' on a reality show, they came face to face with the doll.
In a picture doing the rounds on social media, Ranveer seen can be seen with a priceless expression on his face as he encountered the doll for the first time. Being the enthusiastic and happy man that he is, he looked gleeful as he got to meet the plastic version of Taimur. He can be seen taking the toy on his lap and waving at the audience with its arms. Sara, on the other hand, seems to have lost it as she can be seen in the middle of an epic laugh. Looks like two had a riot on the show with this particular segment, made all the livelier thanks to Ranveer's inimitable antics.
Also, this is not the first time that Sara has come across the doll made after her little brother. When she was promoting 'Kedarnath' with Sushant Singh Rajput, she had recalled an awkward encounter with it. She had revealed how she had been weirded out when the makers of the show gave her a milk bottle and asked her to feed the doll. It had come to light that even Taimur's grandmother Sharmila Tagore had been alarmed by the incident and actually had a talk with Saif Ali Khan regarding giving the child some privacy.
Coming back to Ranveer and Sara, the duo is super excited for their upcoming film Simmba. Sara, in particular, is on cloud nine after she received unanimous praise from critics and audiences alike for her natural performance in her debut film. The Rohit Shetty directorial is all set to release on December 28.
