After acing originality in content across digital platforms, Bhuvan Bam, who's popularly known for his channel 'BB Ki Vines' is now all set to make his Bollywood debut.

After acing originality in content across digital platforms, Bhuvan Bam, who's popularly known for his channel 'BB Ki Vines' is now all set to make his Bollywood debut. Buzz is that the comedian and content creator was recently spotted with Varun Dhawan with whom there's a probable collaboration taking place. Previously, his co-created content with actress and YouTube Star Amanda Cerny and YouTube sensation, Lilly Singh garnered many eyeballs.

Now, Bhuvan is gearing up to make his much-awaited debut on the silver screen. Producer Guneet Monga, who's known to back some of the best content-driven films like 'Gangs Of Wasseypur', 'Masaan' and 'The Lunchbox' has roped in Bhuvan for her next as a lead. While not much is known about the story of the film as yet, it is touted as a relationship drama.

While other cast members are currently being locked upon, an insider said, "Bhuvan is a talented actor and over 9 million people vouch for that too. He is funny, can sing and does great impersonations. Plus, with such a unique face, the team thought he would be great in the film. Guneet always supports good stories and talent, we can''t wait to see what they come up with."

As YouTubers make their presence felt on the big screen, this will be yet another triumph for the newcomers to make their mark on the celluloid. Previously, popular comedian Kanan Gill was seen acing his acting-skills in Sonakshi Sinha starrer 'Noor', Mallika Dua appeared in Irrfan Khan starrer 'Hindi Medium', Tanmay Bhat in 'Mr X' among the others.

Bhuvan Bam, who is a singer as well, makes exclusive music videos for his channel. He has been playing many characters resembling those from the everyday life which caters to his mass appeal. At 23, he feels that an artist can only create if he's free. He has also expressed his views on how social media is a platform that holds no bar when it comes to curating original content adding that the day we get social media censored is the day we should call ourselves a democratic country.
