Pilates is a type of physical exercise done to stay fit. This is an exercise method invented by Joseph Pilates who called the method, Contrology. Practised worldwide, this form of exercise also made its way to India. Today, Pilates is extensively practised around the country. Even the Bollywood celebs that the fans love to follow have Pilates as a part of their fitness routine. Sunny Leone believes in staying fit and follows her fitness schedule to the T. Reportedly, she visits the gym twice or thrice a week. On days she is caught up with work, the actor makes sure she practises Yoga and Pilates. Regular cardio is also a part of her gym’s routine.
