Bollywood actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui who has won the hearts of the audience with splendid performances over the years has evolved as one of the most bankable actors of the industry. After a remarkable performance in Netflix's 'Sacred Games', the actor is all set for his second outing with the online streaming giant.
Trade Analyst Taran Adarsh took to Instagram on Monday, June 3, and announced that Nawazuddin Siddiqui will be starring in Netflix's upcoming film 'Serious Men' which is an adaptation of journalist and writer Manu Joseph's novel of the same name. The actor reportedly will play the lead role in the movie which will be directed by National Award-winning filmmaker Sudhir Mishra.
Giving out details about the upcoming venture, he wrote, "IT’S OFFICIAL... After #SacredGames, Nawazuddin Siddiqui to play the lead role in Netflix’s upcoming film #SeriousMen... An adaptation of Manu Joseph’s book #SeriousMen... Directed by Sudhir Mishra... This will be Nawaz’s second project with Netflix."

'Serious Men' was Manu Joseph's debut novel which released in 2010. It is a satire that revolves around the relationship of father and son from the Dalit community.
Meanwhile, Nawazuddin Siddiqui has quite a number of films in line for release. Recently, the 'Gangs of Wasseypur' actor wrapped up shooting for Honey Trehan's debut film 'Raat Akeli Hai' in which he will be seen alongside Radhika Apte. He will next be seen in 'Bole Chudiyan' which is scheduled to go on floor this month. He has also joined the cast of 'Housefull 4' for a special song. In fact, he is also roped for an international venture which will be an adaptation of Aasif Mandvi's book 'No Land's Man'.
