Sonakshi Sinha is riding high on the success of her last release Mission Mangal. The movie, starring Akshay Kumar and Vidya Balan in the lead, had an ensemble cast consisting of Taapsee Pannu, Nithya Menon, Sonakshi Sinha, among others. The movie, based on Indian Space Research Organization's (ISRO) successful launch of the Mars Mission Orbiter (Mangalyaan), was a box office success and was applauded by the critics. After the massive success of Mission Mangal, Sonakshi is gearing up to reprise her role as Rajjo Pandey in the third installment of the Dabangg franchise. Dabangg 3, is the third installment in the Dabangg franchise. The movie will feature Salman Khan in the role of Chulbul Pandey and Sonakshi Sinha in the role of Rajjo Pandey. Dabangg (2010)

Sonakshi Sinha played the role of Chulbul's love interest in the film. The first part of the franchise was set in Uttar Pradesh.  Sonakshi was seen sported draping the Indian saree, accompanied with silver accessories. Dabangg 2 (2012)

In Dabangg 2, the actor played the role of Chulbul Pandey's wife, who spends most of her time performing household chores. The actor sported a conventional look of an Indian housewife, wearing the six-yard saree with grace and pious. In the film, the traditional bindi appeared to be Rajjo's favourite accessory.
