Deepika Padukone clarifies that she wasn't in a live-in relationship with Ranveer Singh

Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh have been married for over a year now and will be celebrating their first wedding anniversary tomorrow on November 14, 2019. While the couple was quite secretive about their relationship before their marriage, after marriage the two have been nothing short of the most adored couple in Bollywood. In a recent interview with a news organisation, Deepika spoke about her relationship with Ranveer before marriage and how the two separate their work life from their personal life.

Deepika, in her interview, stated that the last year has been quite fun after her marriage to Ranveer. She stated that the reason the two of them did not live-in together was that the two wanted to keep their relationship traditional and they did not want to discover each other before they got married. She added that discovering each other after marriage and living with Ranveer has been a fun experience for her.

The couple has decided to keep their anniversary restricted as a family affair. Tomorrow on their anniversary date, they will be visiting Tirupati Balaji temple and then they will be going to the Padmavathi temple. On November 15, 2019, the couple will travel to Amritsar and visit the beautiful Golden Temple.

In the interview, Deepika stated that while she and Ranveer have been quite busy with work commitments, the two of them have still managed to find time for each other and look forward to every opportunity they get to be together. When Deepika was asked how working with Ranveer has been after getting married, she said that nothing has changed and things are not any different than they were before. She added that both her and Ranveer are obsessed with their work and never bring in their personal relationship on set. All they think about are the characters and the nuance of the scene. She said that when on set, they are not husband and wife but are just coworking actors. 

Deepika and Ranveer have worked together in several films. Some films that they worked together in were Padmaavat and Bajirao Mastani. The two will next be seen together in the upcoming film '83, which will be about the 1983 Cricket World Cup that was the first world cup won by the Indian Cricket Team.
