Deepika Padukone-Ranveer Singh Wedding: After The Conclusion Of Konkani Rituals, It Was Literally A Blast At Lake Como

Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone got married according to Konkani rituals at the Villa del Balbianello, Lake Como, Italy. As the sun set and it got dark, fireworks were set off in the sky amid massive cheers from those present at the wedding.

The wait is over and the wait has got longer too. One of the most popular couples of Bollywood, Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone, tied the knot after a six-year courtship in Italy on Wednesday, 14 November. While the wait for fans to see the couple making it official is over on one hand, the wait is also getting longer for them to get the first official pictures of the newlyweds. Till then, 'DeepVeer' lovers are lapping up every little detail associated with the wedding.

After the ‘Bajirao Mastani’ couple got married according to Konkani rituals at the Villa del Balbianello, Lake Como, Italy and after the rituals got completed in the afternoon, the organisers put up a grand show for the couple and the guests to celebrate the occasion. As the sun set and it got dark, fireworks were set off in the sky amid massive cheers from those present. The dark skies looked beautiful in colours of gold, pink, green and blue and its reflection in the lake filled with boats only added to the grandeur. Videos of the fireworks made its way to social media via the fan clubs, and there's no doubt the video would've delighted them.

Pictures of the couple, traditionally dressed in shades of white, from back view during the ceremony went viral despite the evident attempts to guard almost everything related to the wedding. While the duo can now be addressed as 'husband and wife', the 'Padmaavat' actors are only halfway through the rituals. 'DeepVeer' will also be getting married according to Sindhi customs on 15 November.
