Deepika Padukone's response to 'maang mein chutney' meme featuring Ranveer Singh is hilarious

It wouldn’t be wrong to say that ‘anything is possible’ with Ranveer Singh, considering his colourful fashion sense, boundless energy and other quirks. But is it possible that he’d apply chutney instead of ‘sindoor’ in wife Deepika Padukone’s forehead? Yes, the actress feels this is very much possible because of her love for spice and her husband’s ‘craziness.’

Being one of the most popular couples in B-Town, several memes of the pair keeps surfacing on social media regularly. Deepika was shown some of them on a recent show and her responses to that are going viral. 

One of them read, “Ranveer probably Deepika ki maang me Ching's chutney bharega, sindoor nahi.” 

The actress was not surprised at all, looking at the post and replied, “This is totally possible considering how obsessed I am with anything that is spicy, being the South Indian that I am. It is possible, knowing my love for spice and his craziness.” 

One of the other memes was of the duo’s similar coloured-outfits and how her look was the expectation in Engineering results, but Ranveer’s look is what the result was. Deepika felt that in the collage, the ‘Gully Boy’ star was looking better than her for a change. 

She even laughed off a meme of the duo endorsing rival brands and how it all got united with their marriage.

Meanwhile, on the professional front, ‘DeepVeer’ are set to work together once again in ‘83’. The film, based on India’s historic maiden World Cup triumph, will see Deepika playing the role of the then Captain Kapil Dev aka Ranveer’s wife.
