Disha Patani Reveals She Lost 6-months Memory From Gymnastics Training Fall On Concrete Floor

According to reports, Disha Patani in an interview stated that she lost six months of her life because she couldn't remember anything.

Disha Patani who is known for her flexible moves and someone who always posts videos doing front and back saltos, single-hand cartwheels and mixed martial arts moves - on Instagram, recently revealed that she lost her memory for 6 months.

In an interview with a daily, Disha Patani revealed that she took gymnastics three years back and when she is not shooting, she practices between gymnastics and MMA. She compared the two forms and said MMA is easier but for gymnastics, one needs to be consistent and brave. She said that one has to break their bones and knees, and only then you reach somewhere.

Disha Patani has in the past suffered injuries but she recalls that one time she was training on concrete terrace floors, she fell on her head and lost memory for six months. She confessed that she couldn't remember anything for six months.

Disha also revealed her fitness regime which includes weight training for 60-90 minutes, six days a week. She said she needs the strength to build strong shoulders for gymnastics. And strong legs for MMA. 

After the back to back success of '0M.S. Dhoni -An Untold Story' and 'Baaghi 2', which earned more than 100 crores at the box office and now 'Bharat' galloping towards the Rs 200-crore mark, Disha Patani, will be seen next in Mohit Suri's Malang. The film stars Aditya Roy Kapur, Anil Kapoor and Kunal Kemmu.
