The viral trend '10 Year Challenge' has currently taken over the internet, as celebrities across the world are sharing before and after pictures of themselves on social media. Joining the bandwagon was actress Sonam Kapoor who recently took up the challenge and shared stills of her on-screen appearances in a gap of 10 years. She shared a collage of her looks from 2009 film 'Delhi-6' and her upcoming venture 'Ek Ladki Ko Dekha To Aisa Laga' on Instagram, on Tuesday, January 15. 

The Bollywood diva, who looked phenomenal in both the pictures, tagged her father, actor Anil Kapoor in the post and asked if she had got her father's genes of being evergreen. Sonam captioned the post saying, "#10yearchallenge #23to33from DELHI 6 to Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh AISA Laga.. do you think I got dads genes??? @anilskapoor"

'The 10 Year Challenge' that is going viral on the internet has got people sharing a throwback picture of themselves from 2009 next to a recent one on social media. The trend has given us the chance to witness some amazing transformations as the netizens shared the posts with the hashtag to prove that they have only gotten better with time. 

Meanwhile, on the work front, Sonam, who was last seen in ‘Veere Di Wedding’ alongside Kareena Kapoor Khan, Rhea Kapoor, Swara Bhasker, Sumeet Vyas and Shikha Talsania, will next be seen in ‘Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga' where she will be sharing screen space with her father Anil Kapoor for the first time. The film also stars Rajkummar Rao and Juhi Chawla and is slated to release on February 1, 2019.

On the other hand, Sonam also began shooting for Abhishek Sharma's 'The Zoya Factor' which is based on Anuja Chauhan's novel of the same name. The film will also star South Indian actor Dulquer Salmaan and is expected to release later this year.
