An incident that took place nearly a decade ago resurfaced abruptly with an interview Tanushree Dutta had no idea would go viral as it did. Things took a turn as the news resurfaced years after the filming of 'Horn Ok Please' where the incident took place. Tanushree, who claimed veteran actor Nana Patekar misbehaved with her on the sets of the film, is now seeking legal help with the proceedings. However, just days after the uproar that is creating history in the Indian film industry, Nana Patekar filed a legal notice against the actress for maligning his image.

Rajendra Shirodkar - Nana's legal advocate, exclusively spoke to Republic TV where he denied allegations on his client stating something else happened on that day.

"He has denied it. He said it is all false nothing of that kind happened. There were as many as 60-70 people present on the set at that time so therefore there's no question of me doing anything what she's alleging. There are several witnesses to that effect. There's nothing of that sort happened and something else has happened," he said.

Talking about Nana's reaction to the allegations, he said the veteran actor was very upset, "Certainly, he was upset. Anybody would get upset as this is directly tarnishing his image and making serious allegations which are baseless." There are also rumours of the actor coming to Mumbai on the first week of October from the sets of 'Housefull 4' in Jaisalmer where's he's shooting for his forthcoming film. Speaking about Nana's arrival, Shirodkar said, "I think 6th. I don't know. I have not spoken to him yesterday. Today I might speak to him at night. I believe 6th or 7th he will be back."
