Bollywood actor Raveena Tandon who is known to be quite active on social media often raises awareness of several issues and important cases. Recently, the Bollywood diva hailed Mumbai Police for taking prompt action in a child abuse case. The actress shared a post shared by the Mumbai Police where they claimed to have arrested a teacher who molested a young girl and recorded the same.
Expressing her anger on the issue and condemning the heinous act, she said, "Fantastic work @MumbaiPolice! Get these damn pedophiles and rapists, lock them up and throw away the damn keys."

The case came into limelight when a Twitter user named Jyoti Kapur Das shared a video on the microblogging site where a man can be seen molesting a young girl on camera. The tweet went viral and got the attention of Mumbai Police.
They reportedly took immediate actions and responded to the tweet by saying, "FIR is already registered In this case and accused has already been arrested. Further investigation is in progress."
Meanwhile, on the work front, Raveena who last marked her on-screen presence in 2017 Bollywood romantic drama 'Shab' also starring Arpita Chatterjee, Ashish Bisht, Simon Frenay, Gaurav Nanda and Areesz Ganddi in pivotal roles, is yet to announce her upcoming film. As per media reports, she might be starring in upcoming Kannada film 'KGF: Chapter 2' starring actor Yash in the lead. However, there is no confirmation on the same.
