Veteran actor Kader Khan who was considered to be a gem in Indian cinema breathed his last on December 31 in Canada. After a prolonged illness, he passed away while he was in a ventilator, his son Sarfaraz had shared. Not long after the news broke out, tributes and condolences started pouring in from celebs, politicians and every influential figure. Now, Amul which is known for its topical cartoons also paid its respects.
Taking to Twitter, they shared a cartoon featuring none other than Kader Khan. Taking the monochromatic route this time, it showed the actor in many different roles that he played in his films. One shows a cartoon writer version of him, also giving a nod to his incredible prowess as a dialogue writer. Another shows him in a bearded avatar in a trench coat, as a gangster. The third one shows as an old fakir, as he is giving a sermon to a child.
As if this picture wasn't enough to trigger nostalgia and emotions, the caption on the cartoon was really beautiful as it read, "Sab kader karte the unki". Take a look at the cartoon here:
Meanwhile, the last rites of the late actor were carried out in the Meadowvale Cemetery in Canada. He was buried on January 2nd at approximately 2:30 AM Canadian time in the presence of his family. Kader Khan's last years were considered tragic by many Bollywood celebs who felt that he was left alone with his family. His son Sarfaraz too lashed out at Govinda recently and said how many times he had called to ask about his father’s health. He added that the actor didn’t even bother to call him since the tragic news surfaced.
