Now that the trailer of Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt starrer Gully Boy is all the rage, the cops have now taken inspiration from it for their latest post.

Taking to Twitter, the Mumbai Police shared a scene from the trailer where Alia Bhatt's character tell Ranveer that, "Mar jayega tu". Adding their own spin to it, they made a meme where the caption reads, "When he argues to ride a motorcycle without wearing helmet #SillyBoy", followed by this now viral dialogue. The post is super effective as always as it has left netizens howling with laughter and at the same time putting their idea across effectively. 

While the netizens are really appreciating this particular tweet, it turns Mumbai Police is not the only who are good at making road safety memes. Nagpur Police has also joined in the sass race as they also shared a 'Gully Boy' inspired meme.

Meanwhile, the trailer of 'Gully Boy' has taken the internet by storm. Featuring the life of an up and coming artist who starts off from the streets and ends up becoming a big name, the trailer was particularly praised for performances of Ranveer and Alia. Other than the two leads the film also features Kalki Koechlin and Vijay Raaz in pivotal roles. Based on the lives of two real-life rappers Divine and Naezy, 'Gully Boy' is directed by Zoya Akhtar and is all set to release on February 14, 2019.
