As India goes to polls for phase 4 of Lok Sabha General Elections 2019, Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan along with his father David Dhawan cast his vote in Mumbai, Maharashtra. He further took to social media and shared a selfie proudly showing his inked finger. Urging fans to go out and vote, he captioned the post saying, " Be cool go vote.. Jai Hind".
Meanwhile, Varun Dhawan will be seen sharing screen space for the first time with Sara Ali Khan in 'Coolie No 1'. Confirming the news, trade and business analyst Taran Adarsh said, "IT’S OFFICIAL... After 25 years, David Dhawan and Vashu Bhagnani reunite to adapt their timeless comedy #CoolieNo1... Stars Varun Dhawan and Sara Ali Khan... Shoot begins Aug 2019... #CoolieNo1 is David-Varun’s next collaboration, after the super successful #Judwaa2."
The actor's latest stint 'Kalank' starring Alia Bhatt, Aditya Roy Kapur, Sanjay Dutt and Madhuri Dixit failed to impress the audience and tanked at the box office.
‘Kalank’ has been helmed by ‘2 States’ director Abhishek Varman and revolves around a love story with conflicts in the pre-Independence era. Apart from Karan’s Dharma Productions, Sajid Nadiadwala and Fox Star Studios have backed the movie.
