'I love spending time with him': Ananya Panday talks about her equation with co-star Kartik Aaryan, calls him 'selfless'

Bollywood newbie Ananya Panday and Kartik Aaryan's rumored chemistry is the talk of the town lately. The pair who is all set to share screen space in upcoming comedy drama 'Pati Patni Aur Woh' never restrained from expressing admiration for each other.

Bollywood newbie Ananya Panday and Kartik Aaryan's rumored chemistry is the talk of the town lately. The pair who is all set to share screen space in upcoming comedy drama 'Pati Patni Aur Woh' never restrained from expressing admiration for each other. Now, recently, Ananya Payday in a recent interview opened up about the equation she shares with her co-star.

When asked if Kartik is the special one in her life, the Bollywood newbie laughed and said that they are "very good friends". She said that they are doing a film together and share a very comfortable equation. They get along well and she loves spending time with him. 

Moreover, the actress further hailed Kartik for being 'selfless' and 'helpful'. She said that being new in the industry she will need help from everywhere and Kartik has been extremely supportive.

Meanwhile, as Ananya made her debut with 'Students of the Year 2' that released on Friday, May 10, Kartik took to social media and extended a heartwarming post to welcome her in the industry. He shared an adorable snap of the duo on Instagram where they can be seen enjoying a close moment looking at a phone and heaped praises on her.

"Congratulations on your big day. Keep brightening up the big screen with your bright smile n cuteness," Kartik captioned the post as saying.

Meanwhile, beside Kartik and Ananya, 'Pati Patni Aur Woh' also stars Bhumi Pednekar in the lead. The film is being directed by Mudassar Aziz, who is known for films like 'Dulha Mil Gaya', 'Happy Bhag Jayegi' and 'Happy Phirr Bhag Jayegi'.

The film is an adaptation of the 1978 drama with the same title, which featured Sanjeev Kumar, Vidya Sinha and Ranjeeta Kaur in the lead roles. The original film revolved around a married couple Ranjeet (Sanjeev) and Sharda (Vidya) and how things change after he gets involved with his secretary Nirmala (Ranjeeta). It is all set to hit the big screens on December 6 this year.
